Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AlgoPivo website, software, downloads, licensing services, and related support (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Software Purpose & Transparency

AlgoPivo is trading assistant software. It is designed to help users analyze market data and execute user-configured strategies through brokerage connections authorized by the user.

The software does not collect personal documents, does not mine cryptocurrency, and does not run unrelated background processes. AlgoPivo does not contain spyware, malware, or hidden data collection mechanisms.

2. Not Financial Advice

AlgoPivo does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading involves substantial risk, and you may lose some or all of your capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, configuration choices, and use of the software.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

4. License Grant & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AlgoPivo for your personal use, subject to these Terms and any plan limits (including device/activation limits).

You may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where permitted by law);
• modify, create derivative works, or remove copyright/branding notices;
• redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the software or license keys;
• share accounts or license keys beyond the allowed device/activation limits;
• use the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

6. Digital Delivery

The Service is a digital product delivered electronically. By purchasing, you acknowledge that access may be provided immediately after payment and/or license activation.

7. Refund Policy

Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

8. Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlgoPivo and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, or data loss, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access (including licenses) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, attempted to bypass licensing limits, or engaged in fraudulent activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province in which the business is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules.
