This Privacy Policy explains how AlgoPivo (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and software (the “Service”). We aim to handle personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email address, login credentials.
• Billing information: subscription status and transaction records (payments processed by Stripe).
• Licensing information: license key, activation count, and device identifiers used for license validation.
• Technical data: IP address, basic logs (for security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting).
• Support communications: messages you send to us for help.

1.1 Anti-bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on selected forms (for example, login and support) to help prevent automated abuse. When Turnstile is used, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, browser/device signals, and challenge-related telemetry to determine whether a request is legitimate. We receive a verification token/result from Turnstile and use it to protect the Service.

2. What We Do Not Collect

AlgoPivo does not collect or store your brokerage login credentials. We do not collect personal files or documents unrelated to the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• create and manage your account;
• process payments and manage subscriptions;
• issue and validate license keys and enforce device limits;
• deliver software downloads and updates;
• provide support and improve the Service;
• detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

4. Payment Processing (Stripe)

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe’s policies govern their processing of payment data.

5. Cookies & Session Storage

We use cookies and/or session tokens (or local storage) to keep you signed in and to support core site functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Some billing/transaction information may be retained for accounting and tax purposes.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and server security practices to protect information. No system is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights
